Method of Selection (Mode Of Selection)
- As shown above, the number of vacancies may increase or decrease in future, and the number of vacancies may vary in a particular division/district due to administrative reasons.
- Eligible candidates will be informed about the examination/testing schedule etc. only through SMS alert or email (as registered/disclosed while applying online).
- No separate communication/call letter etc. will be sent through any other medium. Candidates are therefore advised to provide their current mobile number and email ID used by them in the online application and ensure to keep it active till the completion of the selection process to avoid any inconvenience. There is no other means to contact them except their mobile number and email ID.
- Candidates who are already serving in any Government or Semi Government Institution should submit their online applications (through proper channel) along with “No Objection Certificate” issued by their employer/competent authority within 15 days from the last date fixed for receipt of their applications. ) will be considered only upon receipt.
- However, contract/casual/ad-hoc/daily wage/work charged employees are not required to submit NOC from the concerned employer.

Educational Qualification (Educational Qualifications)
- Clerk (Group-C): Graduation from a recognized university and basic knowledge of computers such as operating computers, Windows and Linux operating systems and typing and taking printouts etc. Screening Test, Written Examination, Typing Test and Document Verification (DV) as per R&P Rules, 2022. Candidates must pass typing test with a speed of 30 WPM in English (using a software module on computer) and 25 WPM in Hindi (using Kruti Dev-10 font) on computer for qualifying the screening test. A separate examination will be conducted later.
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board. Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 for assessment/document verification on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 [आर एंड पी नियम, 2022 के नियम 8 (आर) के अनुसार]which will be calculated according to the percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 out of 85 marks (for example, a candidate scoring 50% marks in 10+2 will be given 42.5 marks) and 15 marks as per R&P Rules, 2022 The documents duly mentioned and uploaded in the online application form will be given consideration for evaluation as per Schedule-III, Part-11 of the IPC. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of educational qualification and marks obtained in assessment. Candidates can be appointed to any post in Civil and Sessions Division by the appointing authority.
- Stenographer-Grade-III (Group-C): Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Eligibility Criteria Only those candidates are eligible to apply who fulfill any two of the following four criteria: 75% in Matriculation (10th): Candidates must have Matriculation Must obtain 75% or more marks in the examination. 75% in 10+2 (Intermediate):
Candidates must have obtained 75% or more marks in 10+2 (Intermediate) examination. 60% in Graduation: Candidates must have obtained 60% or more marks in graduation. - Driver (Group-C): Candidates must have passed Matriculation from a recognized board. The candidate must have a valid driving license for LMV for at least three years and must have experience as a driver for driving LMV for at least three (3) years. Screening Test, Driving Proficiency Test and Document Verification as per R&P Rules, 2022. Preference will be given to those candidates who have good mechanical knowledge of automobiles.
- Peon/Orderly/Chowkidar/Cleaner/Cleaner-cum-Cleaner etc. (Group-D: Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
