Mode Of Selection
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Online preliminary examination consisting of objective test for 100 marks will be conducted online. The test will be of 1-hour duration consisting of 3 sections:
- english language
- Numerical Ability
- Reasoning Ability
As mentioned above, each exam will have different timings. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in objective tests. 1/4th of the mark prescribed for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer. There are no minimum qualifying marks prescribed for individual tests or for total marks. Section-wise marks will not be maintained. Adequate number of candidates (approximately 10 times the number of vacancies) in each category, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for the Main Examination in the order of the list of all candidates, in the order of aggregate marks.
Phase – II: Main Examination: The structure of the online Main Examination will be as follows:
- General/Financial Awareness
- general English
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude
As mentioned above, each exam will have a different timing. (It is advised that the candidate keeps about 8 copies of the same photograph which is uploaded at the time of application as these will be required for the further stages of this selection process)

Educational Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates possessing Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate who are in the final year/semester of their graduation may apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if selected provisionally, they will be allowed to Proof of passing the graduation examination must first be submitted.
Final Year Candidates: Those who are in the final year/semester of graduation can also apply provisionally, provided that if selected provisionally, they must have proof of passing the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2024. Must be presented.
Local Language Proficiency: Candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT must be proficient (read, write, speak and understand) the specified chosen local language of that State/UT. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th class marksheet/certificate evidencing having studied the specified chosen local language will not be required to undergo the language test.
Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates having Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2024.
