Kashmiri people celebrate Chillai Kalan and Pheran Day with great pomp. This time too a large number of local people and tourists gathered at the historic Lal Chowk of Srinagar. We want Ferrán to become famous internationally. He said that I am happy that the people of the country like our pheran. He said that I request the countrymen to make Pheran famous.
