In 2025, the young batsman Abhishek Sharma became the first Indian to touch the 500 -run mark in T20 cricket in 2025 on the basis of his 40 -run innings. He has scored a total of 511 runs in 12 T30 innings played this year. This year i.e. in 2025, no Indian has been able to cross the 400 -run figure in T20 format so far.

Abhishek’s young opener batsman Abhishek Sharma has learned from former batsman Yuvraj Singh and he takes advice from him at every step, but Abhishek said that at present his favorite is India’s ODI Test captain Rohit Sharma.
