A 19 -year -old Dalit youth in Fatehpur area of ​​Sikar district has alleged that he was abducted by two locals earlier this month and sexually assaulted him on a brutal assault.

According to police, the incident was reportedly taken on April 8. However, an FIR was lodged in this regard on 16 April after the family came to know. Fatehpur Deputy Superintendent of Police Arvind Kumar said, “We have registered an FIR in the case.” The victim’s medical examination has been conducted and the statement has been recorded. The case is being investigated, after which further action will be taken. A case has been registered under the Indian Penal Code and related sections of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

According to the complaint, the young man had gone out to see the procession in his village, only then two. The accused called him to the bus station on the pretext of some work. He alleged that he took him to a deserted place, where he hurt his genitals. He was forced to take off his clothes and misbehaved with him.

The victim said in his statement, he was drunk. They hit me with a bottle, urinated me and gave caste-based abuses. At the same time, the accused also threatened not to open their mouths about it.

The young man claimed that the attackers said that their intention was to harm his father, who are currently abroad. He said that the accused also made a video of the incident and threatened to share the video on social media.

Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie have raised the issue of law and order in the state regarding this incident. Gehlot wrote on X, this Dalit youth is in such a lot of excess that he could not even register his complaint for 8 days due to fear. It is hoped that the culprits of this incident will be arrested as soon as possible and if the police-administration is negligent in hiding the case for eight days, then action will also be taken on them.

At the same time, Julie said, kidnapped a Dalit youth in Sikar and attack the genitals, urinate on him, to break the head with a bottle and misbehave …. This is not the story of a film, this is the reality of today’s Rajasthan. This incident of cruelty is embarrassing.
