Talking about the fees for Integrated M.Tech in IIT, its tuition fee is Rs 2 lakh per year or Rs 1 lakh per semester. Whereas at IIIT Bangalore its tuition fee is Rs 2,30,000/- per semester in the first and second year and Rs 2,76,000/- per semester in the third and fourth year. Whereas the five-year fee for Integrated MTech at IIIT Koyattam is Rs 9.20 lakh.
