The country’s politics has been hot since the Pakistani Army Chief Field Marshal Aseem Munir returned to Pakistan with fun in America. In view of the importance given by the US officials to Munir, many ministers of the Government of Pakistan and many MPs of the ruling coalition are also angry. The Pakistani public is also saying that due to the weak trend of the government, the message to the world repeatedly sends that our democracy is just a show and the power runs only the army. Discussions of rift in the ruling coalition are also increasing due to widespread diplomatic intervention by the military in Pakistan. It is clear in Pakistan that the army wants complete control over democracy and foreign policy. Munir’s visit to America has become a vivid issue in Pakistan’s internal politics and it is clearly indicating that there is no harmony between the army and the government. Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is currently engaged in cleaning the raita who has come out during his visit to Munir during his visit to America.
Let us tell you that Munir is being accused of calling US President Donald Trump a location of Iran’s nuclear bases and also promised that Pakistan is ready to provide its airbase to the US Air Force if the US needed during the attacks on Iran. Ever since Iran came to know about this, it has been angry with Islamabad. Not only this, all the Islamic countries are also angry with Pakistan regarding Munir’s antics. That is why Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has to land to handle the situation.
Now Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has committed to support Iran on all forums and discussed the rapidly changing situation in West Asia with Saudi Arabia and Qatar diplomats. According to Pakistan’s official statement, during a telephone conversation with Iranian leader Masood Pageshkian, Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistan is keeping a close watch on the rapidly changing situation in West Asia. He emphasized the importance of restoring peace through dialogue and diplomacy. He reiterated Pakistan’s support for Iran on all diplomatic forums, including the United Nations Security Council and the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC), as well as called upon all sides to follow international law and United Nations Charter Principles.
The statement said that President Pipeshkian thanked the Prime Minister for interaction on telephone and praised Iran’s continuous theoretical support from Pakistan during the crisis. He also accepted Pakistan’s creative role in promoting a peaceful solution to the struggle. Let us tell you that this was the second time during the recent struggle when the two leaders spoke. In a telephone conversation with President Page Sakian on 14 June, Shahbaz Sharif strongly condemned the Israeli attacks against Iran, which violates his sovereignty and regional integrity, reflecting the United Nations Charter and the entire violation of international law. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also said that Iran has the right to self -defense, as provided under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.
Earlier, Shahbaz Sharif confirmed Pakistan’s unwavering solidarity with ‘Saudi Arabia’s brotherhood’ and said in a social media post that he met Saudi diplomat Nawaf bin Saeed Al Malki and discussed the rapidly changing situation in West Asia. Prime Minister Shahbaz posted on ‘X’ and said, “Pakistan will continue to work closely with Saudi Arabia for peace in the region through dialogue and diplomacy.” Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said in another post that he also met Qatar’s Ambassador Ali Mubarak Ali like Al-Khatar and during this time he expressed a unison with Qatar’s Amir and people after the attack on the American military base last night. He said, “Pakistan has always advocated dialogue and diplomacy as the only solution of permanent peace in West Asia.” He said that Pakistan prays for the safety of the people of Qatar and the entire region.
However, how much effort to control the situation Shahbaz Sharif, but now since Munir has a trump hand on his head, he will definitely do something that will be shocking for the Government of Pakistan.
