However, the announcement of Trump of mutual tariff on China, after which already 10% of tariffs were declared in February and March, the deal has been put on hold. China has retaliated by applying mutual 34% tariff on all imports from the US since April 10, which has increased the concern of the complete trade war. According to the news agency AP, Bitdans has informed the White House that China will not approve the agreement until the trade and tariff dialogue is addressed.
