Credit for BJP’s victory in Uttar Pradesh assembly by-elections goes to Prime Minister Modi: Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the by-elections held on nine seats in the state and said that the results made it clear that the opposition alliance’s ‘loot and lies’. Politics is coming to an end.

The opposition alliance ‘India’ includes Samajwadi Party and Congress. Addressing reporters at the party headquarters here, Adityanath said, “If we talk about Uttar Pradesh, the BJP alliance has won seven out of nine assembly seats.”

He said, “The credit for this historic victory goes to the visionary leadership and guidance of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi. His exemplary leadership is driving the double engine government forward towards ensuring security, good governance and prosperity. It is also motivating us to implement welfare schemes effectively.”

Adityanath said, “This overwhelming mandate shows the unwavering faith of the people in the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. “The public has a strong belief that their policies and decisions are in line with the best interests of the nation and society and this belief has been confirmed through this election.”

He also heartily congratulated all the dedicated BJP workers, office bearers and victorious candidates. He said, “The hard work of BJP workers has been helpful in achieving this success.
