The SpaceX rocket has reached the International Space Station (ISS) with all four astronauts of NASA’s crew-swap mission. With this, the way has been cleared to return home to Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore. About 29 hours after NASA’s launch from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 7:03 pm on Friday, the SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule of crew-10 astronauts joined the ISS on ET (IST) at 12:04 am on Sunday.

Homecoming on Wednesday
Wilmore and Williams are scheduled to leave ISS on ET (1 PM IST) at 4 am on Wednesday, along with NASA astronaut Nick Hegs and Russian astronaut Alexander Gorbunov. Hague and Gorbunov flew to ISS on Crew Dragon Craft in September, which had two vacant seats for Wilmore and Williams, and since then it has been connected to the craft station.
Who is on crew-10?
Crew-10 crew include NASA astronaut Anne McClane and Nicole Aars, Japanese astronaut Takuya Onishi and Russian astronaut Kiril Peskov. This crew is going to stay at the station for about six months. The crew-swap mission got entangled in politics as Trump and his advisor Alan Musk, who is also the CEO of SpaceX, urged to launch Crew-10 early. He claimed without proof that Biden, the anterior to Trump, left Wilmore and Williams at the station for political reasons.
