Pawan Kalyan, Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and President of Jan Sena Party, sent slippers to all the residents of a village in Alluri Sitaram Raju district, as he saw many people, including elderly women, were walking barefoot there. According to a report by news agency ANI, during his recent two -day visit to Araku and Dumbriguda regions, Pawan Kalyan visited Pedapadu village of Dumbriguda division of ASR to understand local issues. While talking to the people of the village, he met an elderly woman named Pangi Mithu, who did not have shoes in his feet. He also saw that many other people in the village were barefoot.

He continued his ASR tour, which was about to end on April 9, but the tour was interrupted due to his son’s injuries in his school accident in Singapore.
