- The decision of the Selection Committee in shortlisting the number of candidates for interview and selection of PLVs will be final.
- They will be selected as der relevant scheme. The selected PLVs will have to undergo a training program as per the decision of the District Legal Services Authority, Baksa.
- The list of shortlisted eligible candidates will be notified in the official notice board as well as the official website of District Judiciary, Baksa www.baksajudiciary.gov.in will directly or indirectly disqualify the candidate.
