PM Narendra Modi is on a visit to Saudi Arabia. During this time his aircraft entered the air border of Saudi Arabia. The fighter aircraft started hovering around his aircraft. Not one or two, but three fighter aircraft were seen flying in the Aaju-Baju of PM Modi’s aircraft. These fighter jets were constantly seen scotting PM Modi’s aircraft. As part of a special goodwill performance, Saudi Arabian fighter jets provided security to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s aircraft by entering Saudi airspace for Jeddah. This was the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to this port city in 40 years. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s aircraft was provided security by F-15 aircraft of Royal Saudi Airforce in Saudi Arabia’s airspace. Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for a visit to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday morning at the invitation of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Referring to historical relations with Saudi Arabia, he said that his relations in recent years have gained strategic depth and speed. PM Modi said that the two countries have developed mutually beneficial and concrete partnership in the areas of relations between defense, trade, investment, energy and people.
During his visit, PM Modi will also visit a factory in Jeddah and will have talks with Indian workers. PM Modi has visited Arabia for the third time where PM can make several important agreements in energy and defense sector with Saudi Arabia. Modi has already visited Saudi Arabia in 2016 and 2019. Modi is doing this visit on Salman’s invitation, who is also the Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.
