Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi has retaliated on CM Himant Biswa Sarma. He clearly stated that all these allegations are false. They have not given concrete evidence. What is the government doing? They have not given concrete evidence. I have criticized Pakistan on international forums and social media. I am a staunch critic of the policy of the Pakistani government. Along with this, he said that the Congress party has supported the decision to send multi -party delegation worldwide. Also, our effort should be to bring back Pakistan to the gray list of financial action work force.

The Congress leader said that we have to ensure that Pakistan does not get any additional funds for its military terrorist intelligence system. Also, we have to ensure that the IMF has recently passed the decision to assist US $ 2.5 billion to Pakistan. Now my fear is that the Indian armed forces have damaged the Pakistani military structure. They will repair this loss using IMF money and, therefore, we have to pressurize the IMF, whose members are the countries of America, Britain, Germany, France, the countries that are close to the Government of India, the country where Prime Minister Modi has traveled. Despite this, he has given US $ 2.5 billion. So I think further interaction is needed.
Himanta had alleged that Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi had visited Pakistan at the invitation of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI and worked closely with the establishment of the neighboring country. Sharma told reporters here on the sidelines of an official program here that the government has documentary evidence in support of this claim and every evidence after proper verification will be presented to the public till September 10. He claimed, “Gaurav Gogoi went to Pakistan on the invitation of ISI. I am saying this for the first time. We have its documents. He did not go for the purpose of tourism. He certainly went there to take training. ”

Sarma said that the Congress Deputy Leaders in the Lok Sabha had gone there at the direct invitation of the Government of Pakistan and “This is a dangerous thing”. He said, “… He was working closely with the Pakistani establishment. When does the Home Department send the invitation? This is only to provide training. Otherwise why would ISI invite them?” He was not from the cultural departments. He went there at direct invitation to the Home Department of Pakistan.
