Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called for strict restrictions on a loud -sound DJ during Holi and to take permanent sound control measures on loudspeakers at religious places. During the review of development projects and law and order, he instructed the officials to stop the loud DJs during the Holi ceremony. The Chief Minister also directed to install CCTV cameras at important places like banks and commercial establishments for better security. Yogi Adityanath has also called for increasing the monitoring of the smuggling of cattle and has emphasized strict action against smugglers, vehicle owners and any police personnel involved.
Adityanath also focused on accelerating development projects, warned against the delay and directed the authorities to appoint nodal officers for each under construction project, conduct weekly inspections and submit the progress report. Given the delay in some projects, he ordered the authorities to expedite the work, ensuring quality. With the summer close, the Chief Minister directed the officials to ensure uninterrupted water supply throughout the state.
