There was a change in the positions of these two teams in the Test rankings, while the positions of the teams ranked 4th to 9th remained stable. As we know that India had to face a 209-run defeat at the hands of Australia in the WTC 2023 final.
With this victory, Australia has got a chance to improve its rating. She has reached number-1 with 124 points. While India is at second place with 120 points. England is in third place.
The Indian team may have lost the top position in the Test team rankings, but its dominance in limited overs cricket remains intact. The Indian team occupies the top position in both ODI and T20 International team rankings. India has 122 rating in ODI. He is 6 points ahead of Australia (116). South Africa (112) is third, Pakistan (106) is fourth and New Zealand (101) complete the top-5 list.
