IOCL Trade and Technician Apprentice Verification of documents
Candidates passed in written examination will be called for verification of original documents. At the time of verification, the following basic documents should be presented with self -attested copy:
- Tenth grade / SSLC / Matriculation certificate / mark sheet issued by the concerned Board of Education as evidence of the date of birth. No other documents will be accepted for verification of the date of birth.
- Latest caste certificate by reserved category candidates in proforma set by the government. And only issued by competent authority.
- To claim the benefits of OBC category, the candidate should submit the latest caste certificate (not more than 6 months old) in the proforma set by the government. India, which, will mention among others, especially that the candidate is not related to individuals/ classes (creamy layers), as the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India Office Number 36012/ 22/93- The place. (SCT) dated 08.09.1993. OBC category but candidates coming to creamy layer are not entitled to OBC reservation benefits.
