Student Indranuj Roy was injured when a student Indranuj Roy was allegedly collided with the car of State Education Minister Britya Basu and another vehicle with him on March 1 at Yadavpur University.
The police have recorded his statement in connection with the FIR lodged against West Bengal Education Minister St Manta Basu regarding the recent violence incident at Yadavpur University. This information was given by a senior official on Tuesday.
The official said, “The minister was asked about the entire incident. How he was attacked and also asked other details to him. The minister’s statement has been recorded. ”The police have registered an FIR against Basu, Yadavpur University professor and TMC leader Om Prakash Mishra and others on the basis of the complaint of Indranuj Roy, a student of Yadavpur University, in connection with the violence at Yadavpur University.
