Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday addressed an election rally in Nowshera, Jammu and Kashmir. During this, he said that I want to tell Farooq Abdullah and Rahul Gandhi that there will be no talks with Pakistan until terrorism is eradicated. Shah also said that if he has to talk, he will talk to the ‘lions’ of Nowshera, not Pakistan. Apart from this, Shah also said that now only the tricolor will fly in Kashmir. Let us tell you, an election rally was organized in Nowshera in support of Bharatiya Janata Party’s Jammu and Kashmir unit president Ravinder Raina, in which Shah participated.
While addressing a public meeting in Nowshera, Amit Shah fiercely targeted Congress, National Conference and PDP. He said that Farooq Abdullah is talking about the resurgence of terrorism in the hills of Jammu, but I want to tell him that this is the Modi government and we will bury terrorism in the netherworld. No terrorist or stone pelter will be released. BJP assures you that no terrorist will roam freely in Jammu and Kashmir.

Shah criticized the NC-Congress leaders for their comments on the issue of reservation. He said, the right to reservation of the hill brothers and sisters was snatched away by Congress, National Conference and PDP for 70 years. It was their decision not to give reservation to the hill people. Modi ji said, Congress, NC and PDP can do whatever they want, we will give reservation to the hill people. Now when reservation was given to the hill people, Farooq Sahab started instigating the Gujjar brothers here that your reservation will be lost. I had promised in Rajouri that the reservation of Gujjar Bakarwal will not be reduced by even one percent and the hill brothers and sisters will get reservation and we kept our promise.
Shah said that Congress, National Conference has said that we will reconsider the reservation given to Paharis, Gujjar Bakarwal, Dalit, Valmiki, OBC community. Rahul Gandhi goes to America and says that now they have developed, now they do not need reservation. Rahul Baba, we will not let you remove the reservation.

Attacking the promises made in the manifesto of the National Conference, Shah said, “Today our tricolour is flying proudly in Jammu and Kashmir, but the Congress and the National Conference say that they want to bring back Sheikh Abdullah’s flag. Farooq sahab, try as hard as you can, but now only our beloved tricolour will fly in Kashmir.” He further said that terrorism prevailed in Jammu and Kashmir for 3000 years, curfew was imposed in Jammu and Kashmir for 3000 days in 30 years, 40000 people were killed. Farooq sahab, where were you during those days? I tell you, when Kashmir was burning, Farooq sahab was enjoying his holidays comfortably in London. Modi ji came and we wiped out the terrorists one by one.
Today our tricolor is flying proudly in Jammu and Kashmir, but Congress and NC people say that we want to bring back the flag of Sheikh Abdullah.
Farooq Sahab, try as hard as you can… but from now on, only our beloved tricolour will fly in Kashmir.
