The Anti -Corruption Bureau (ACB) may take legal action against the leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party including Arvind Kejriwal, Mukesh Ahlawat and Sanjay Singh in the next few days. Sources in ACB have given this information. It is being told that the three leaders have not given any reply to the notice sent on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on the allegations of trying to break the AAP MLAs.
According to sources, if there is no response from the Aam Aadmi Party, the ACB will write a letter to the Delhi Police to take legal action against the AAP leaders including Arvind Kejriwal, Mukesh Ahlawat and Sanjay Singh in the next few days. On 7 February, Delhi’s Anti -Corruption Bureau issued a notice to Aam Aadmi Party leader Mukesh Ahlawat on the allegation that the Bharatiya Janata Party was trying to achieve the leadership.
The ACB also issued a notice to AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, requesting his presence to investigate the allegations of bribery to party MLAs. According to the notice, it is considered to be of serious nature, so that the ACB had to intervene immediately to establish the truth. The convenor of the party was also requested to be available itself and providing information. The necessary information revolves around the details of the 16 AAP MLAs who were reportedly offered bribes.
