The news agency PTI quoted Haryana Police sources as saying that it is believed to be in contact with Pakistan -based ISI handler. The suspected, Nauman Ilahi (24) of Kairana in Uttar Pradesh used to work as a factory security guard and is accused of providing sensitive information to Pakistan. Elahi was arrested in the midst of an increased alert in Haryana in view of the recent military confrontation with Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror attack last month.
