Along with Jyoti Malhotra, the police also arrested 32 -year -old widow Ghazala and Yameen Mohammed from Malerkotla in Punjab for sharing information with Pakistani agents instead of money. The accused collaborated with former Pakistani High Commission employee Danish in financial transactions and visa related activities. After the arrest, it was found that Danish often met him. He contacted him to get a Pakistani visa. In addition, online money was transferred to his mobile phone through him. His job was to deliver money to his detective network.

Jyoti Malhotra, a YouTuber from Hisar, was “being developed as a property”, the police said on Sunday. This influential person has 3.85 lakh subscribers on YouTube, which has traveled to Pakistan thrice before the Pahalgam terror attack – 2023, 2024 and March 2025. An employee of the Pakistani High Commission came in contact with Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish, which was recently expelled by India. He is currently on five days police remand. Devender Singh, a 25 -year -old political science student of Khalsa College in Patiala, Punjab, was arrested in Kaithal, Haryana for spying for Pakistan. Police said that it had shared sensitive information with ISI agents, including photographs of Patiala military cantonment. Devender Singh allegedly uploaded pictures of pistols and guns on Facebook at the time of arrest. During interrogation, it was found that he had gone to Pakistan in November last year.

The Uttar Pradesh Anti -Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested a person named Shahzad, who was allegedly involved in spying for ISI. Shahzad, a resident of Rampur district, was detained from Moradabad on Saturday. Investigation revealed that Shahzad had gone to Pakistan several times and was involved in cross -cross -border trade of cosmetics, clothes, spices and other items. Police said the smuggling racket allegedly worked as a mask for its espionage activities. He is accused of establishing close contact with several ISI operatives and providing them sensitive and confidential information related to India’s national security. Officials said that the accused was not only giving intelligence information, but was also helping in the operation for ISI within India. Shahzad was sent to judicial custody for 14 days and was taken from Moradabad to Lucknow.

The Punjab Police has arrested two people, including Sukhpreet Singh in Gurdaspur, who are accused of leaking sensitive information to Pakistan during Operation Sindoor.
