Age Limit
Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years. In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste category or already working in the service of any other co-operative institution of Punjab, the upper age limit will be 42 years. However, the upper age limit for candidates serving in Punjab State Cooperative Bank Limited, Chandigarh and in the service of District Central Cooperative Banks of Punjab will be 47 years. Relaxation in upper age limit for ex-servicemen candidates will be as per Punjab Government. Rule. In all the above cases the upper age limit will be considered as on 1st day of January i.e.

Educational Qualifications
- Manager – Post Graduate with 50% marks from any recognized university. OR MFC, MBA 50% marks from any recognized university. OR Chartered Accountant or Graduation with 55% marks from any recognized university. OR Graduation with 50% marks and CAIIB (Both Parts) candidates must have passed Punjabi language up to Matriculation standard.
- Senior Manager – Post Graduate with 50% marks from any recognized university. OR MFC, MBA 50% marks from any recognized university. OR Chartered Accountant or Graduation with 55% marks from any recognized university. OR Graduation with 50% marks and CAIIB (Both Parts) candidates must have passed Punjabi language up to Matriculation standard.
Experience – Candidates should be directly recruited as Scale-I Officer i.e. Probationary Officer/Management Trainee or equivalent and have minimum five years’ experience of working as a Scale I or higher level officer in any Public Sector Bank. Should be. OR Minimum five years’ experience as Assistant Manager/Manager in Punjab State Co-operative Bank or any Central Co-operative Bank in the State of Punjab. - IT Officer – 50% marks/equivalent grade in M.A/M.Sc. Information Technology from a recognized University. OR 55% marks/equivalent grade in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree from recognized university in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication Engineering.
And must have passed Punjabi examination of matriculation standard. - Clerk cum Data Entry Operator – Graduation (2nd Division) (Any Stream) or Post Graduation Pass (Any Stream) and Diploma/Certificate (minimum 6 months) in Computer from an ISO certified institute and must have passed Punjabi language examination of Matriculation standard.
- Steno-typist – M.Sc certification and Punjabi and English shorthand speed @ 80 wpm and transcription @ 20 wpm and must have passed Punjabi language examination of Matriculation standard.
