- Reservation of posts for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS candidates will be as per Government instructions/guidelines. Relaxation of 5% marks in final selection for SC/ST and PWBD
- Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates: 5 years, OBC: 3 years and PWBD: 10 years. Children/family members of victims of 1984 riots: 5 years.

method of selection (Mode Of Selection)
- A merit list will be prepared in the order of essential educational qualification determined by the applicant and percentage criteria obtained in the applicable reservation.
- Wherever CGPA/CPI or other grades have been awarded in the qualifying examination, the equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application as per the norms adopted by the concerned University or Institute.
- In case of final selection, the candidate will have to produce a certificate to this effect from the University/Institute at the time of reporting.
- Candidates in the merit list will be called for document verification. They will be appointed as apprentice only after successful contract of apprenticeship approval and document verification on the respective portal.
- The trainee is expected to join on the contract approval date, failing which his/her candidature may be cancelled.
- In the merit list, in case of candidates obtaining equal marks (even after considering decimal points), the candidate with higher qualification or in case of equal qualification, the candidate obtaining higher marks in the preceding educational qualification will be placed higher in the merit list. Will be kept.

- Boiler Attendant: 12th passed with Science
- Electrician: 12th passed with science
- Horticulture Assistant: 12th passed
- Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant): Passed B.Sc with Physics (Major Subject)
- Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): Passed B.Sc with Chemistry (Major Subject)
- Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology): 12th passed with Science
Technician :
- Diploma Chemical: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Diploma Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Diploma Computer: Diploma in Computer Engineering

How to Apply for RCFL Recruitment
- Step 1: Visit www.rcfltd.com website
- Step 2: Click on “Recruitment” and then click on “Engagement of Apprentice -2024-25”
- Step 3: View complete advertisement and details, read instructions, terms and conditions carefully before applying.
- Step 4: Click on “I Accept” and then click on “Apply Online” to fill the application form.
- Step 5: The candidate has to select the posting area “Trombe or Thal” given in the dropbox.
- Step 6: The candidate should have a scanned copy of his/her passport size color photograph in jpg/.jpeg format not exceeding 75 KB and his/her signature in .jpg/.jpeg format not exceeding 25 KB.
- Step 7: After filling the application form, click on “Save/Submit” to save/submit the entered data.
- Step 8: After submitting the application, the application form will be ready.
- Step 9: Click on “Print” button to print the application form, which will be required at the time of joining if shortlisted. Candidates are not required to send the printout of the registered application form filled online.
