Rutba had applied for this world record twice before but she could not succeed. In his third attempt, he achieved this feat.

Talking to Sarkari Result Daily about his achievement, the Guinness record holder Rutba Shaukat said, “I am an athlete, and during Kovid, all the academies were closed, so I started paying attention to art. He said that I started making landscape art and at the same time I registered my name in India Book of Records. This was the moment when I set a target to do something big. He said that I read about the Guinness Book of Records. He said that while doing research, I came to know about Origami paper art and I came to know about a boy who made 150 paper boats in an hour. Then I decided to break his record- and I did so by making 250 boats in an hour.
