The bugle of assembly elections has been sounded in Maharashtra and all the political parties have started campaigning whole-heartedly. Voting for all 288 assembly seats in the state takes place in the first phase on November 20. Out of 288 seats in Maharashtra, Sakoli assembly seat is considered to be a close contest. Let us tell you that it comes under Bhandara district of Maharashtra state. This seat is also in the news because of Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole. Know who is in conflict
Let us tell you that Sakoli assembly seat of Maharashtra is between the candidates of Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party. BJP has fielded Avinash Brahmankar from this seat. Whereas Congress party has given ticket to its state president Nana Patole. At present Nana Patole is the MLA from this seat.

Result of last elections
In the Maharashtra Assembly elections held in 2019, Congress candidate Nana Patole had won the Sakoli seat. In the 2019 elections, Nana Patole defeated his rival Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Dr. Parinay Ramesh Phuke by more than 6 thousand votes. At the third position was Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi’s servant Bhau Nirdhan Waghye.
Understand the political equation
There are more than 3 lakh voters in Sakoli assembly constituency. Of which 1,50,000 are male voters and 1,44,000 are female voters. There are 18 percent Dalit voters and about 8 percent tribal voters in this seat. There are about 2 percent Muslim voters in this area.
