However, on March 25, the White House announced that the two sides reached the maritime ceasefire agreement after a three -day intensive parallel dialogue between American, Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Riyadh. He said that this agreement, popularly promoted as “Black C Day”, focuses on restricting the use of force by Russia or Ukraine in Black C and ending hostility against commercial ships.
Brigadier Shri DS Tripathi ji (retired) said that there is one more thing to be seen between Russia and Ukraine that there is a verbal attacks on each other. He said that the mayor of Mycolive, the southern port of Ukraine, said that there was an emergency power cut in the city on Wednesday after the Russian drone attack. He said the Ukrainian Army said that its air defense units killed 56 out of 117 drones launched by Russia. He said that in addition, the Ukrainian army has declared Russia’s allegation as false that it has attacked energy facilities in Russia’s Curses and Breensk regions as well as Russia-occupied Crimea.
