Tirupati Temple Board introduced WhatsApp based feedback system, can rate the service

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has launched a new WhatsApp-based feedback system, which aims to streamlines the way feedback from Tirumala and Tirupati coming to Tirupati. Digital initiative is designed to increase transparency in temple services and facilities, quality of service and overall devotee satisfaction. Pilgrims can now give their feedback by scanning the QR code displayed at several places in Tirumala and Tirupati. After scanning, the QR code directs users on the WhatsApp interface, where they are directed through a simple, step-by-step feedback submission process.

Pilgrims will be asked to enter their names, choose the service category such as Ann Prasadam, Cleanliness, Kalyan Katta, Laddu Prasadam, goods, rooms, Q-line, or overall experience and feedback format. They can then rate the service good, average/better, or rate as not good and can give additional comments up to 600 letters or upload an auxiliary video. Upon submitting, users will receive a confirmation message in which your response has been successfully recorded. Thanks for the valuable response.
