The Uttar Pradesh Anti -Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested two persons named Mohammad Aaron and Tufail for allegedly carrying out anti -national activities, spying for Pakistan and involvement in illegal financial transactions. UP ATS has arrested Tufail’s son Maqsood Alam from Varanasi on charges of spying for Pakistan. He was sharing important information related to India’s internal security with Pakistan.

Based on this intelligence, ATS Field Unit Varanasi confirmed that Tufail was in touch with many people of Pakistan. He used to share the video WhatsApp group of Maulana Shah Rizvi, leader of Pakistan’s banned terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Labback. At the same time, he used to change the message of ‘Gajwa-e-Hind’, Babri Masjid and also called for the implementation of Sharia in India. According to a press note issued by UP ATS, 45 -year -old scrap dealer Mohammad Aaron from Delhi, Delhi, was found in contact with Muzammal Hussain, an employee of Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi.

Aaron was reportedly worked with Hussain to get a visa for a Pakistani visit in exchange for money and even more serious it is that he shared important information related to India’s internal security. Intelligence information revealed that Aaron, who has family relations in Pakistan, met Hussain during his visit to Pakistani High Commission. The ATS said Aaron deliberately maintained contact with the Pakistani officer and cooperated with him to give important information to destabilize India’s internal security.
