This is Priyanka’s second visit to Wayanad after winning the Lok Sabha by -election. Congress MP from Wayanad Priyanka Gandhi arrived in Kerala on Saturday for a three -day visit to her constituency and surrounding areas. She landed at Kannur Airport at around 10 am and welcomed KPCC chief KPCC chief KP Sudhakaran before going to Wayanad by road. We should not reach people only during the election. We should live there in their everyday life. They should know who is a worker and leader of UDF (United Democratic Front). We should instill confidence among them that they can contact us when they have a problem.

She will also visit Lurede Motha Church in Kalpta and meet families affected by wild animal attacks. Speaking at a booth-tier meeting in Mananthawadi, he highlighted issues such as insufficient compensation for landslide victims and human-fashioned struggle affecting life and livelihood in the district.
Several months have passed. He said on the issue of compensation for Wayanad landslide victims and survivors that people are still upset with their home, not getting compensation. As a result of us raising voice together, the Center has declared it a disaster of serious nature. Hopefully, as a result we will get more money.
