Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Ahmedabad on Friday and visited Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner accident site, with 241 people lost their lives, which is one of the most deadly air accidents in recent years.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s convoy was seen leaving from the Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad, where he met people injured in an Air India aircraft accident on Thursday. The death toll in Ahmedabad aircraft accident has increased to 297. Of the 242 people aboard the aircraft, 241 have been confirmed, while in this tragedy, only one passenger is left alive. Among the dead were 229 passengers and 12 crew members. In addition, the aircraft crashed in a medical college hostel, killing 56 people present there at that time.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that the aircraft accident in Ahmedabad has shocked everyone and in such a casual and heartbreaking way, so many people are beyond the words. Modi said this in his condolence message on ‘X’. He visited the accident site and met the survivors who survived in the accident in the hospital.
He said, “We are shocked by the plane crash in Ahmedabad. So many people in such a casual and heartbreaking manner are beyond the words. Condolences to all bereaved families. ”
