Yuzvendra Chahal was honored by Haryana government, CM Nayab Singh presented him with a medal

The Indian team defeated South Africa by 7 runs in the final match of the T20 World Cup 2024 and won the T20 World Cup trophy after a long wait of 17 years. After becoming the champion, Indian players were honored by CM Naib in different states. Meanwhile, India's leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal received honor from Haryana CM Naib Singh in Gurugram on 11 July 2024. He has given a special gift to Chahal.

Actually, the Indian cricket team won the title of T20 World Cup 2024. On 29 June, the team won the title by defeating South Africa on the soil of Barbados. Star spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was a part of the 15-member Indian cricket team, due to which he has been honored by Haryana CM Naib Singh Saini. CM Naib Singh is on a visit to Gurugram, where Chahal reached to meet him with his family.

Chahal hails from Jind in Haryana. He received the honor from the CM for being a part of the champion team of T20 World Cup 2024. News agency ANI shared his video, in which the CM first gave Chahal the World Cup winner's medal and then honored him by giving him a shawl.
