The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against five persons in connection with the bomb attacks in December 2024 on two clubs in Gurugram, Haryana. The accused include Canadian -based terrorist Satinderjit Singh alias Goldie Brar, a major person of the banned Babbar Khalistani International (BKI) organization. According to an official statement, chargesheets have been filed under various provisions of the Code of Justice of India (BNS), Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UA (P) Act), Explosive Material Act and Arms Act.

He alleged that Goldie Brar Sachin Talian Ankit Bhavish Randeep Singh alias Randeep Malik, who lives in the United States. Three accused have been arrested, while Goldie Brar and Randeep Malik are still absconding. The case is related to the bomb blasts at Warehouse Club and Human Club in Sector-29, Gurugram on 10 December 2024. The NIA investigation has revealed that these attacks were part of the comprehensive conspiracy by BKI to incite communal tension and destabilize the region through well -planned incidents of violence. The agency has alleged that the terrorist syndicate under the leadership of Goldie Brar and its colleagues has been involved in extortion, terrorist financing and the purchase of weapons and explosives. The NIA claims that its purpose is to spread fear and weaken India’s integrity, security and sovereignty. Investigation is going on as the NIA conspiracy continues to investigate the comprehensive network.
