Take care of mental health

It is very important to keep yourself fit while preparing for any competitive exam. Yogesh explains that problems like mental health often arise during the preparation time. Therefore, pay attention to your fitness, otherwise it can have a deep impact on your hard work. If you get sick, you will not be able to perform well in the exam.
