Parliament scuffle: Condition of BJP MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput stable, hospital confirms.

Bharatiya Janata Party MPs involved in a scuffle between MPs in the Indian Parliament on ThursdayPratap Chandra Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput were badly injured. After this incident, the condition of both the leaders remains stable. The condition of both is normal.
 
 
Officials have given this information. Both the leaders are being treated at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi. Dr. Ajay Shukla, MS of the hospital, said, “The medical reports received yesterday are fine. Some reports will come today.” NDA and India Bloc MPs had protested in the Parliament complex when a scuffle broke out between the two parties, in which two BJP MPs were injured.
 
BJP MP Pratap Chandra Sarangi alleged that he was injured after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi pushed another MP, following which he fell on him. Sarangi claimed that he was standing near the stairs when another MP fell on him, causing injury to his head. He was taken for treatment in an ambulance.
 
Sarangi told reporters, “I was standing near the stairs when Rahul Gandhi came and pushed a fellow MP. The MP fell on me, due to which I also fell.” Both the MPs have been admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi.
 
Following the incident, the political confrontation between BJP and Congress intensified on Thursday with leaders of both the parties filing complaints against each other over the alleged scuffle in the Parliament complex. BJP MPs led by Anurag Thakur filed a case of “assault and incitement” against Rahul Gandhi with the Delhi Police.
 
Shortly thereafter, a delegation of Congress MPs, including women MPs, approached the Parliament Street police and accused BJP leaders of misbehaving with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge during the scuffle in the Parliament complex.
 
Responding to the allegations, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in his defense said that he was trying to enter Parliament when BJP MPs protesting near the entrance pushed and threatened him. He also alleged that Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge was also pushed.
 
Rahul Gandhi told reporters, “This could be in your camera. I was trying to go inside from the Parliament entrance, but BJP MPs were trying to stop, push and threaten me. This has happened. Yes, it has happened (Mallikarjun Kharge was pushed).”
