No. KP/S/18/2025 dated 20.08.2025 for recruitment of Management Trainees (Grade-II) in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Candidates with full-time first class engineering degree in the respective discipline (allied branches allowed; Electronics can apply under Electrical) are eligible. 🔎 Overview

BEML has released the recruitment notification No: KP/S/18/2025 Dt: 20.08.2025 to fill the 100 Management Trainee Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ http://www.bemlindia.in/ from 20.08.2025 to 12.09.2025. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the BEML Management Trainee 2025 notification and verify their eligibility. 

📌 Vacancy & Category-wise Break-up (100)

BEML has notified the following position-wise and category-wise vacancies for MT (Grade-II).

🎓 Eligibility & Age

• Educational Qualification: Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical from a recognized University/Institution. Allied branches of Mechanical/Electrical are eligible for the respective positions; Electronics engineers can apply under Electrical.
• Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate (First Class) in qualifying degree; 55% (relaxation of 5%) for SC/ST candidates. Candidates with CGPA/Credit must provide conversion formula to percentage.
• Age Limit: Upper age 29 years as on 12.09.2025. Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC-NCL – 3 years; PwD – 10 years (over & above category relaxation).
• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals may apply.

💼 Pay, Perks & Training

• Training Period: 1 year. On successful completion and assessment, absorption as Officer (Grade-II) in the same pay scale with one additional increment (3% of Basic); probation for 1 year post-absorption.
• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 1,40,000; starting basic ₹40,000 during training.
• Allowances/Benefits: VDA, Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% (Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation/HRA, PF, Gratuity, PRP as per rules. HRA admissible where company accommodation not available.

📝 Service Bond

Candidates must execute a Service Bond for 4 years (including training). In case of breach, liquidated damages ₹2,00,000 are payable. BEML will recover ₹4,000 per month for 47 months and the balance in the last installment toward the above amount; post successful completion, the security deposit is refunded with interest.

🧭 Selection Process & Exam Pattern

• Stage-1: Computer Based Written Test — 2 hours; comprises domain questions (Mechanical/Electrical as applied) and reasoning including English ability. Test city options to be chosen during application; final allotment by BEML. Pass marks 60% (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD).
• Stage-2: Subsequent Assessment incl. Personal Interview — Shortlisting based on CBT performance. Final merit will consider written test performance and Stage-2 performance.
• Pre-employment Medical Examination — Final Offer subject to medical clearance as per BEML standards.

💲 Application Fee

• GEN / EWS / OBC: ₹500 (non-refundable) — to be paid online at the end of the application form.
• SC / ST / PwD: Fee Exempted.
