🎓 Eligibility & Age
- Educational Qualification:
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) recognized by RCI.
- ATET/CTET (for LP Schools) pass certificate is mandatory.
- Also acceptable: Graduation with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (Special Education) with ATET/CTET (no additional marks for Graduation).
- Age Limit (as on 01-08-2025):
- UR: 18–40 years
- Ex-Servicemen: up to 42 years
- OBC/MOBC: up to 43 years
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H): up to 45 years
- PWD: up to 50 years
- Other Conditions: Either Language-I or Language-II in ATET/CTET must match the medium of instruction of the school applied for. Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and Indian citizens (Articles 5–8).
