Designation: Workman Trainee / Level W3
Pay Scale (IDA): Rs. 21,500/- with increment @3%. In addition: IDA, allowances (~35% of basic under cafeteria approach), HRA / CPF / Conveyance reimbursement / Leave encashment / Performance related pay / Medical facility for self & dependents as per company rules. On successful completion of 1-year training, regularisation in same pay scale with 3% increment.
📝 Selection Process
- For technical trades (Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Welder, Storekeeper, Surveyor): Computer Based Test (CBT). Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS/Others – 50%; Reserved categories – 40%. Shortlisting for Document Verification in ratio up to 1:3.
- For Assistant (Accounts)/Driver/Assistant (Graduate): CBT + Trade Test (trade test qualifying only). CBT qualifying marks same as above. Shortlisting ratio up to 1:3 for Trade Test & Document Verification. Trade Test qualifying marks: UR/EWS/Others – 50%; Reserved – 40%.
- CBT Pattern: 2 hours, 100 MCQs (100 marks). Section I: 80 questions – discipline subject; Section II: 20 questions – Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English & General Awareness. No negative marking. Medium: English & Hindi.
