- Grade A: 21β30β―yrs born between 15 Jul 1995β14 Jul 2004; graduation with 60%+ (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in Commerce/Science/Engineering/CA/CS/MBA/MCA etc. ξ¨3ξ¨
- Grade B: 25β33β―yrs born between 15 Jul 1992β14 Jul 2000; graduation & postgraduation (50β55% criteria for general/SC-ST-PwBD) or specialized professional degrees. ξ¨4ξ¨

- Phase I β Online objective exam (200 marks, ~120β―min)
- Phase II β Descriptive/stream-specific objective exam (200 marks)
- Interview & Psychometric Test (~100 marks)
- Final merit based on Phase II + Interview
