- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with ≥ 60% marks / 6.32 CGPA.
- Graduate Apprentice (Library Science): Graduation in Library Science/Library & Information Science with ≥ 60% / 6.32 CGPA.
- Graduate Apprentice (General Stream): B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. with ≥ 60% / 6.32 CGPA.
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma): Diploma in Engineering (any discipline) with ≥ 60% / 6.32 CGPA.
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma in Commercial Practice): Pass in DCP from a recognized Board.
- NATS Registration: Mandatory enrolment on www.mhrdnats.gov.in with valid Apprenticeship Registration No.
- Regional Eligibility: Degree/Diploma from institutions under BoAT (Southern Region) — Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Puducherry.
- Stipend: ₹9,000/month (Graduate & General) • ₹8,000/month (Diploma streams).
