🎓 Eligibility
- Educational Qualification:
Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture (UGC-recognized) and Postgraduate in relevant subject of Agriculture/Horticulture (UGC-recognized) and B.Ed. from an institution recognized by NCTE. Also, working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture are required.
🔞 Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum Age | Less than 40 years (i.e., not 40). |
General relaxations (non-cumulative): Ex-servicemen up to 10 years (with ceilings of 50/55 years as per rules), PwBD +5 years, NCC Cadet Instructors (service rendered), employees in State/PSUs (upper age 40), category-wise relaxations per Rajasthan rules, etc. Only one relaxation provision applies; benefits cannot be clubbed.
💲 Application Fee (OTR-based)
- One-Time Registration (OTR) Fee: ₹600 for UR/OBC/MBC/EWS; ₹400 for SC/ST/PwBD/Other eligible categories as per Personnel Dept. circulars.
- Absentee Blocking Rule: If a candidate remains absent in two recruitment exams in a financial year, online application facility will be blocked. To unblock OTR, a fee of ₹750 must be paid; if again absent in two more exams in the same year, the facility will be blocked again.

🧾 OMR & Examination Instructions
- OMR is to be filled with Black Ball-Point Pen only. Do not write anything other than required particulars on the OMR.
- For options (1) to (4), darken the correct option completely. If no attempt, darken the 5th circle (“No Answer”).
- Any stray mark or multiple darkening will be treated as wrong and attract negative marking (1/3).
- Follow all general exam/centre instructions (admit card ID proof, reporting time, scribe rules etc.). Scribe/compensatory time is available to eligible PwBD candidates per RPSC guidelines; apply with requisite certificates within timelines.
