🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have the following academic and sports eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduation depending on the post level
- Sports Qualification: Represented country/state/university in recognized championships as per norms
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as of 01/01/2026 (No age relaxation)
💼 Salary & Benefits
The pay scale will be as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix:
- Group C (Level 4/5): ₹25,500 to ₹29,200 + allowances
- Group C (Level 2/3): ₹19,900 to ₹21,700 + allowances
- Group D (Level 1): ₹18,000 + allowances
Additional benefits include DA, HRA, TA, Railway Passes, and other allowances as per railway rules.
📝 Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
- Sports Trial (40 marks): Practical performance, game skill, fitness, and coach’s assessment.
- Sports Achievement (50 marks): As per the level of participation and certificates.
- Educational Qualification (10 marks): Based on marks secured in educational qualification.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 25 marks in Sports Trial to be considered for final merit.
📚 Sports Trial & Assessment Syllabus
- Skill Test: Sport-specific skill demonstration.
- Fitness Test: Physical endurance, stamina, and flexibility tests.
- Interview / Oral Test: Questions on rules, awareness, and knowledge of the game.
